Master Works Ltd Co was founded in 2006 by John Masters. He began his technical studies in 1994 learning electrical theory, thermodynamic theory, air conditioning, heating, appliance and plumbing technologies, repairs and procedures as well as fabricating sheet metal ductwork. This continued until 1996 when he graduated and accepted his first job as an HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) technician. He has since had wide variety of experience from repairing, maintaining and installing heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing and duct systems to managing a service department.

Today as an owner and mechanical contractor, John and his crew strive to bring back practices that many unethical companies no longer implement into their businesses. These include putting the customer first over making money. Many companies today are focused on training and incentivizing their employees to be sales people with the ultimate goal of upselling products and services that are not necessarily needed. Many will take short cuts on jobs to cover mistakes or just simply to increase their profits. 

At Master Works our reputation is paramount and we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products and services they receive from us. Our business has been built by referrals from our customers, not through large scale marketing and advertising campaigns.
